PERSONAL SALARY LOAN

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Regular employee for at least 1 year.
2. Must be 22 years old to 59 years old.
3. Minimum Salary of P15k.
4. Employed with a company of at least 50 employees (SEC registered).
5. No derogatory records with banks and other financing company.
6. Rank and file up to managerial level is allowed.

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Company ID and 1 Government ID (SSS, Passport, Drivers License)
2. Two (2) Months latest Payslip together with payroll bank account (if applicable)
3. Latest COE (at least 2 months old)
4. Latest Proof of Billing (POB)
5. 3 references (relative or friend) - even same house, at least one (1) relative
6. Completely filled-up application form.
7. Co-maker with income (and/or owned house if renting)
